Is MP4Juice free?
Yes. MP4Juice is free to use, and you don't need an account or an app. Paste a YouTube link, choose MP4 or MP3 and save the file. There is no sign-up form and nothing to install, on a phone or on a computer.
Which qualities can I download?
For video you get MP4 from 144p up to 1080p Full HD, but only the qualities the video really has. For audio you can pick MP3 in 320, 256, 192 or 128 kbps. Every option is listed with its size right after you paste the link.
Can I download long videos?
Yes. Long videos, full concerts, lessons and podcasts work too. Every quality card shows its real file size first, so you can pick a lower quality or the MP3 audio when you want a smaller file that saves space and mobile data.
How do I save a video on iPhone or iPad?
Open MP4Juice in Safari and paste the link. When the qualities appear, press and hold the one you want and choose Download Linked File. Safari saves it in the Files app, inside the Downloads folder, where you can open it, share it or save it to Photos.
How do I save a video on Android?
Open MP4Juice in Chrome and paste the link. Press and hold a quality and choose Download link, and the file goes to your Downloads folder. You can also tap the quality, let it open in a new tab and use the download button in the browser menu.
Can I download YouTube Shorts?
Yes. Copy the Shorts link from the app or the browser and paste it here like any other link. The preview shows the vertical frame, and you can save the Short as an MP4 video or as MP3 audio.
Do you keep my links or files?
No. Your link is used only to look up the files of the video you asked for. We don't keep a list of the videos you save, we don't store the files for you, and there is no account where a history could be kept.
Why can't some videos be downloaded?
Private, removed or age-restricted videos, live streams and videos blocked in some countries can't be saved. If you see an error, check that the link opens on YouTube, then try again or use another link.
